Thaw the meal in the fridge during
the day, and then either remove the lid or remove the meal from the container and place in the microwave for 4 minutes, or until heated through and enjoy.

*Place orders and pay for them before Wednesday noon for delivery the following Tuesday.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a payment reference number along with
confirmation of the order. Please pay via YOCO or pay via EFT and send confirmation of
payment immediately after receiving the reference number to ensure your order is delivered
